We’re excited to announce tryouts for our Girls Youth and High School teams (Graduation Years 2035–2026).
Please select your High School Graduation Year as your group during registration.
Players interested in participating in any of the following seasons must register now to secure a roster spot:

We offer Full-Year Programs as well as Single Season Options to fit your schedule and goals.
Tryout Format:
Your tryout fee grants you access to attend any and all tryout dates — though only one is required. Each session is a valuable opportunity to showcase your skills and get evaluated by our coaching staff. We highly encourage attending multiple sessions if possible to give yourself the best opportunity to showcase your game!
- Registration is required prior to attending tryouts
- All players must check in at the registration table at each tryout
- Please arrive with full gear and a water for breaks
- Tryout fee only, will not be credited toward player's tuition.
We form our teams by evaluation sessions with our coaching staff. Our seasons run concurrent with the school year - September - July

Benefits of playing year round RI Bulldogs:
Price break for full year players over single season registrations.
Full year players get a discounted rate for our optional indoor winter skills clinic and indoor winter box leagues November - March.
Registering for a full year program guarantees your roster spot on a spring/summer team. If you register for fall only you will need to try out again during supplemental tryouts for a spring or summer team. If there are no roster spots open in spring/summer your spot is not guaranteed if you only signed up for fall.
Our "home" practice fields are in the RI Area: Smithfield (Bryant University), Warwick (TeamWorks) and Providence (La Salle Academy). Practice locations will be finalized prior to the start of the season(s).
Team Information
Fall 2025 Teams will practice 1x a week (Sunday), 2 mid week clinics offered and participate in 2-3 tournaments.
Practice: Sundays (90 min slot between 5-9pm)
Practice Locations: Bryant University, Smithfield RI or LaSalle Academy, Providence
Two mid week clinics in October
YOUTH Spring 2026
Teams include Skills/Positional Practices beginning around February on Sundays only until March. Following will be March-May: 1 mid week practice (day/time TBD) AND a Sunday afternoon practice. League games will be played Saturdays April-May
Summer 2025 Teams will practice 2x a week and participate in 3-4 tournaments. Summer practices run Jun-July.
Payment plans available with registration
We also offer OPTIONAL winter programs such as Saturday Skills Clinics and our indoor lacrosse league (typically at TeamWorks Warwick). These sessions are not included in the season registration fees but as a registered season player you will get a discount on our winter programs.
