Cody O’Donnell oversees all operations for RI Bulldogs Lacrosse, helping guide the program’s growth, culture, and long-term vision. In his role, Cody leads player recruitment, team placement, and player development, working closely with athletes and families to evaluate strengths, identify areas for improvement, and build individualized development paths. He is passionate about helping players reach their full potential and takes great pride in mentoring athletes both on and off the field.
Cody also works closely with local youth and town programs throughout Rhode Island, helping grow the game of lacrosse by providing coaching support, clinics, and opportunities for players to continue developing at higher levels. A key part of his role is assisting players through the college recruiting process, mentoring them to find the right collegiate fit both academically and athletically.

Cody has been coaching youth and high school lacrosse since 2012, dedicating his time to developing the next generation of players and helping grow the sport throughout Rhode Island.
