Our summer camp is open for all players from beginners through advanced! Full pads, equipment and sticks are required.
Throughout the camp players will be learning proper shooting form, running through stick work and footwork drills, gaining valuable positional work and improving their overall lacrosse IQ from high level coaches. In addition it will help each player improve their coordination, speed and power through footwork, hurdles, sprints and agility drills.
All campers will receive an RIBD pinnie.
